Diverse Membership
CARE's broad and diverse membership - with over 50 members representing business, labor and consumer groups - realizes how important it is for Congress and the Administration to agree on a national strategy to ensure that America's energy supply continues to be reliable and affordable. Joining CARE ensures that your organization is an active player in shaping the nation's energy policy.

Member Services
CARE members contribute to the coalition's discussions on policy matters and receive frequent reports about developments from Capitol Hill and the Administration. CARE produces monthly newsletters for its members that highlight the coalition's activities and the latest legislative actions. CARE also hosts meetings and conference calls to update the membership and to review relevant policy events.

CARE members have access to a "Members-Only" website that offers:

  • Helpful statistics about our nation's supply and demand for energy.
  • Talking points on priority issues.
  • Contact information for reporters and congressional staff who are tracking energy.

As an additional service, CARE provides periodic highlights of media coverage to its members to keep them informed. CARE helps identify reporters covering energy issues to assist the members in media relations activities.
